Community Rehabilitation Team Health & Social Care Partnership
Inverclyde Community Rehabilitation Team provides assessment and rehabilitation for adults with a physical disability requiring rehabilitation from a multi-disciplinary team.
The Rehabilitation team consists of:
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech & Language Therapists
- Dietitian
- Podiatrist
- Rehabilitation Support Workers
Following an initial screening assessment, a plan of intervention will be agreed with the service user and carers or family, as appropriate. Rehabilitation is provided within the home.
